Click on the image below to see an animation that graphically shows how Eco-Elevators used in conjunction with wind turbines and solar panels can both generate and regenerate power to create a truly Green building.  Look for when the elevators are sharing power as well - this occurs when one elevator is descending (creating power) while another is ascending (requiring power).  You'll notice that the Common DC Bus is always some color of red - that's because it gets precharged to 720V.  This is part of the secret behind the system, anything that is generated by the systems on the left (wind, elevators or solar) creates excess voltage on the DC bus which must be filtered, inverted and then sent down the line to the Input/Output Supply or the grid.
